[Important Notice] [AITRIOS| Edge AI Sensing Developer Edition] Planned Cloud System Configuration Changes (Updated on March 24, 2026)

We will modify and consolidate our cloud system used for AITRIOS Developer Edition service around early June 2026.
Please be advised that the projects in the EU or US regions will no longer be available after this consolidation. To continue using our service, we ask you to migrate your project and also prepare your own external storage by the end of May 2026.
Migration details will be announced in mid-March 2026.

For customers in India and other Asia regions, migration to a new project is not required. However, we ask you to proceed with necessary preparations for use of external storage, as communicated in separate email notifications.

Update, March 24, 2026: Project migration is now available

To customers with projects in the EU or US regions:

Project migration is now available for continued use of our service after May 2026.

The migration process requires registering a new project and purchasing a Console, and then proceeding to migrate the project and set up your own external storage for data transfer by 31 May, 2026.
