1. Required Tasks Before Cancellation
1.1 Check and Export Required Console Data (All Project Members)
After the cancellation process is completed, images, inference-result metadata, and configuration files stored in Console internal storage will no longer be accessible.
Before requesting cancellation, check and export all required data. Images and inference-result metadata stored in customer-provided external storage are not stored in the Console’s internal storage and therefore do not need to be exported in advance.
AI models imported into Console cannot be exported from Console again.
- Export images and inference-result metadata from the Console’s internal storage using the following guides.
- Export configuration files, such as Command Parameters (Console V1) or Configurations (Console V2).
Use the following manuals to export Command Parameter files or Configuration information.
1.2 Undeploy Studio AI Models (All Project Members)
If you have subscribed to Studio AI models and deployed them to Edge Devices, undeploy them from all applicable devices.
If the models are not fully undeployed, AI model usage fees may continue to be incurred until deletion in Console is completed.
1.3 Factory Reset and Deregister Edge Devices (All Project Members)
Perform a Factory Reset and deregister all Edge Devices registered in Console by following the applicable manual below.
- Console V1: See Console V1 User Manual, “3.2.5. Unenrolling an Edge Device”.
- Console V2: Perform a Factory Reset as described in Console V2 User Manual, “Execute Synchronous Commands on Edge Devices (Execute Command)”, and then delete the device as described in “3.11. Delete Devices”.
1.4 Remove Project Members (Owner/Admin Only)
Before cancellation, the project Owner or an Admin must remove all registered project members.
See Portal User Manual, “3.4. How to withdraw/delete other users from the project”.
2. Verify Service Charges (Owner/Admin Only)
Before requesting cancellation, check active services and charges under “Active Service Management” on the Portal. See Portal User Manual, “4.3.2. Unsubscribe Procedure”.
3. Request Console Developer Edition Cancellation (Project Deletion) (Owner Only)
After completing Sections 1 and 2, the project Owner must submit a cancellation request through Support Site > Submit a Request. Include the project ID in the request.
Submit the request by the 10th of the month in which you wish to cancel. If the request is submitted on or after the 11th, charges for the following month may apply.
After reviewing the request, we will cancel the active subscriptions, including Console Developer Edition.
When cancellation is complete, a completion notice will be sent to the project Owner.
4. Delete the AITRIOS Account Registration (AITRIOS User ID) (Each Member)
An AITRIOS account (AITRIOS User ID) is not deleted automatically when project members are removed or the project deletion request is completed.
Each user must sign in to Portal and delete their own AITRIOS account registration.
For details, see Portal User Manual, “2.4. How to delete user account”.
The project Owner can delete their AITRIOS account only after project deletion is complete. Do so after receiving the cancellation completion notice.
